Cheap sauna. Buy cheap, get what you pay for.
The instructions for assembly of this item were far and away the worst I have experienced from any Amazon purchase. The instructions were overly brief, lacked any semblance of a parts list, and the pictures were difficult to decipher. The link to instructions that the customer service agent provided were little better than those that were included in the unit, and the pictures and videos associated with the sauna were unhelpful. I was unable to assemble the unit with the information provided, and due to the complete absence of a packing or parts list I was unsure if I had received all the parts. My wife and I were able to assemble the frame easily, and the fabric shell was difficult to install, but we managed, so we thought we would have it assembled in less than an hour. Not so. As I began installing the heating panels, I discovered there were 3 panels but only one connection. I initially thought the panels were to be wired in series, as this was what appeared to be shown in one of the drawings on the inadequate instructions. However, each panel had only one connector, so the units must be installed in parallel. I searched for more connectors but found only the single obvious one.Disappointed, I contacted customer service and requested assistance via online chat. I hoped I had overlooked something, and customer service would point out my error. No luck. I was sent a link to a slightly more detailed installation guide, but it still contained no parts list and no indication of where I might locate the missing connections or perhaps a required wiring harness hadn’t been included. My intention at that point was to return the unit for a refund, but was told that the unit was not returnable for safety and health reasons, and that a full refund would be provided to me via gift card or returned to the card I used for the purchase. I chose refund to the card - and the refund happened, but this doesn't end the story.I am an electrical engineer, and it annoyed me that a simple project like this had such poor-quality control and such dismal instructions.Determined to develop a workaround, I connected each panel individually to the single connector that I could find and confirmed that all three panels are functional. Then I did a voltage check on the connector and was surprised to find that the voltage to the heating panels is 110V AC. I had expected a reduced voltage. With this information I determined that I would build a wiring harness to connect the three panels to the single power connector. I tried to find connectors of the same type as used in the single connector in the sauna but was unable to locate a connector of that type. I made a list of the parts I would need using standard 110V AC components, looked them up on Amazon, and placed the order.A day later I went over the sauna again to confirm the validity of my workaround and evaluated the parts I had ordered to be sure I hadn’t missed anything. That’s when I noticed that there are 4 leads coming out of the control box on the back of the sauna – one I traced to the heated foot pad, and another I traced to the single connector I had found earlier – but there were two more. I traced the wires to the inside and found a couple of lumps inside the vertical heat protected shield at the rear of the sauna. I probed as deep inside as I could reach and felt a small box – I pulled it down and discovered that it is a connector just like the one that I had found earlier. I felt around the shielding again and found what felt like another connector. I connected the two panels that I now had connectors for and brought the third panel into position. I had to make the last connection by feel, as the connector was way up inside the shielding, and I didn’t want to pull it down for fear of tearing it away from the control unit.Once I wired up all three panels and velcro’d them to the frame (a process which was also not addressed in the instructions) I plugged in the sauna and was quite pleased that it worked.Since the unit now worked, I contacted Amazon and asked them to rescind the refund. A day later they did so, but didn't restore my points that they removed when they gave me a refund. I've contacted them using the same e-mail address that I used to reinstate the charge, but haven't heard back.Since that time setting up and repairing the unit (about 6 hours), I've spent a total of an hour and a half in it. As configured at delivery, it will not reach the advertised 140 degrees. To increase this I added 3 shipping blankets across the top and on 3 sides, and applied insulated aluminum tape on the inside of the zipper across the top and 3 sides. These modifications helped, but it still wouldn't get to 140 degrees. Next I put bungees on the heating panels to make them bow in a couple inches and put more heat inside the unit. This also helped, but it isn't what I expected. Much of the frustration could have been avoided with a decent set of instructions and a parts list.In order to bring this unit to the advertised 140 degrees, I estimate that I'll have to spend another $50 - $75 to add insulation, which wasn't in the original plan.

I love this sauna
It heats up quickly. It was easy to set up and also to take apart when we needed to move it. The chair is very small. I don’t mind it but it is too small for my husband who is 6’4”. We use the sauna almost every day and really like it.

Great product
Very easy assemble. Warmed up to about 130! Pretty good for the price. Sat in there after a run for about 20min and worked up a great sweat! Would definitely recommend!

Amazon should remove this seller
The sauna stopped working after a few weeks. The seller strung me along for months asking for more information (which I supplied multiple times). There are sufficient complaints in the reviews for Amazon to remove this seller. This is an expensive product and the seller will not honor the advertised warranty

It's okay not worth the money
I guess it gets somewhat of the job done they advertise that it reaches 140 degrees the highest I could get mine too was 129. The zippers could definitely be improved you can feel cold air whenever you're sitting in it from the zippers. For the price they could definitely provide better quality materials. Instructions aren't very clear either, you kind just have to guess.

Ok
The insulated shell / sauna box itself is great. Probably going to end up buying a separate steam generator for this, as the heating light (Infrared) only gets the temp up to 107 Fahrenheit. Manual says its supposed to get up to 130. A steam generator will definitely get the temps higher but going to have to spend another ~$100 which isn't ideal.
