We inherited an old 1970's horse tiller, but the previous owner had replaced the engine and it was hard read the exact model. I took off the old carburetor and searched Amazon for a Tecumseh carb that "looked" like it would fit. Got this kit delivered overnight, replaced the carb, air filter, etc., and the tiller fired right up! Thank you!

The throttle linkage top plate did not match the old carb. I had to swap the entire throttle shaft and butterfly with the old. Also I was not able to re-install the carb shroud, as there was only one screw hole and it wasn't even tapped with screw threads. The air filter and plug are fine

Everything fit perfect. Not sure why my generator won't stay idiling I have to hold it half choke to work. I will look into it more. new carb.new fuel lines. clean tank. new plug. air filter. Not sure if it is carb or what. But very nice carb. For price even if it was the car cheaper just to buy another than try to rebuild lol.

This product was perfect.. it fit and was easy to install. machine runs so much better.

First one defective replacement working but hard to start after running

I installed this carb on a homelite generator, it fit well, ran good, easy peasy!
