Beautiful book
This book arrived on time and in excellent shape. I love the movie with Emma Thompson and always wanted to read the novel and it did not disappoint.

One of Forster's finest
In what may appear to be a simple story of British society, Forster finds room for a great many pithy observations about human relations, family, and society. Some of his reflections will give you food for thought for years. For the serious reader, Howard's End is simply not to be missed.

Only for Forster Afficionados
There are books published for a very select group of readers and this certainly is one of them. Only people studying the works of E M Forster can reasonably benefit from this volume (if they can afford it...). For the select and lucky few (a bunch of brothers?) this is simply a gem, a chance to see one of Forster's masterpieces in the making. However, if you are not really one of them (they are quite few, I said) isn't it high time for you to take a look at the final version and get "Howards End"? You won't be disappointed, I promise.

Don't buy this book from Amazon. Read my review.
I've read this book before & that's good because I'm not going to be able to reread the version I now have in my Kindle. The print is so tiny I would have to use a magnifying glass & Kindle is not allowing me to enlarge the print . Frankly, I think Amazon should refund the $3.00 it costs me.

Bootleg edition?
This is not to review the novel, but this printing edition of the book. It has no title page or publishing info, as well as no page numbers; it seems that someone just xeroxed the book and sold it. There are also printing errors and odd spacing of sentences and paragraphs. Obviously, someone's cheap idea of taking advantage of a book that no longer has copyright protections.
