Arrived fast well packaged and feels and looks like very quality materials. My home was built in the 80's and until days ago never had a problem with the drain line. I did have to call HVAC tech because I was not successful in clearing the line. My water heater and AC share the same line. My water heater had shut off that's how I knew I had a problem. The app is intuitive and walks you through the install step by step. I had to mount the dispenser on my water heater due to no room on my airhandler. The process has been well thought out and just about anyone should be able to install this unit. The app works fine, it's a little lacking in information once everything is finished but after a little familiarizing yourself with the app it's adequate enough. The dispenser did do a drop of the fluid at the time I scheduled. I feel you should be able to have more flexibility with the schedule. The dispenser seems to be reliable and stays connected to my wifi even being in the garage in a cabinet. I can't comment on customer support because everything went smoothly without a hitch. They say you get a free bottle of cleaner but they make it rather hard to go through that process I gave up trying to complete the process for the free bottle. I will just buy a couple bottles from Amazon. I will probably never know if the fluid works because after forty more years I will be long gone. But for now I have peace of mind that it will do it's job. I have to give 5 stars because it is a quality product that probably will keep my line free of another clog. I feel the price paid is a fair price because of the quality of materials. Everything you need is included in the kit the drill bit and adapter to make the hole in the line templates instructions in the app it all makes it worth the price. Now I just hope the fluid does its job. I'm confident the fluid will work because the amount of engineering that went into the whole system gives me confidence it's going to work.

works perfectly so far. solved my weekly clogging perfectly. easy to install in most cases. check your outlet drain lines before you buy to make sure it will work for you. Not just to clean out drain lines but if installed properly according to directions, this shoots the cleaner into the AC pan to keep it from clogging as well.

I would like to start by saying I don't like any product that forces you to buy their replacements. When Keurig tried this they got sued and had to give consumers access to pods made by any company. This company is doing the same thing. It is unethical. So be aware if you buy this you must buy their refills which are very expensive.In fact a 6-month bottle is $44. You can go to the dollar store and buy a $1 half gallon of bleach that will last you well over a year. This product is a waste of money. It has a QR code that forces you to validate the bottle so it can check to see that it's actually their cleaner. Of course, they're going to argue that it's necessary because it only works with their cleaner blah blah blah but the fact is it's a scam to get more money out of you. That was not disclosed to me up front or I never would have purchased this item.UPDATE:So it's been in the Attic a couple months and I came home from work at 9:00 p.m. last night and of course my AC unit wasn't working. It was clogged up. So I dragged out the ladder and I climbed in the Attic with the light on my head to see what was wrong, which was the purpose why I bought this product in the first place. I got up there and the thing had fallen off of the AC unit. You're supposed to stick it to your AC unit with this provided sticky tape which clearly doesn't hold in 140° temperatures up in the attic. So it had fallen off and wasn't working. So I had to go back to the old school move and put bleach, which cost me about 99 Cents, down the PVC to clear it out. I can't tell you how much I hate this product.

Simple install. However, I don't know why everything has to be connected to internet/WiFi. Instructions were somewhat lacking for my preference. Some confusion about which drainline, I have two, one from the AC unit and one from the pan. Decided on the one from the unit. I am concerned about the mounting plate sticking to the the side... If it comes loose I will put a couple screws in it. The most confusing part was the App... So, the eighteen year old stepson came in handy with that. In the past, in the Houston area, I did have some AC drain line issues. Am hoping this prevents it... Fingers crossed.

Update: I have had this installed for about 3 months now. It's working well and discharging the solution as scheduled. No clogs this summer and my AC is constantly running with this South TX. heat. This has saved me time and frustration. Not sure why people are pissed about this product. I think it comes down to user error.Just installed it today since it's already hot in Texas. We have a 16-seer unit. Our line would constantly clog due to the amount of condensation coming from our unit. Hopefully this will take care of that for these next few months. Very easy installation and syncing to the app. I didn't have any room on my handler to mount it so I ended up using an anchor and screw from my stash since the kit didn't come with it There is a hole in the mounting bracket though. I would suggest including the anchor and screw for ppl that need it. I'll update the review if I get no clogs this summer or if I do :)

Nicely packaged, simple, app based, instructions to follow. Installed in about 15 minutes. Working as expected. Time will tell if it actually helps.Update: After 5 weeks (2 dispenses) my AC started leaking. I opened up the line to clear it and within an inch of the silicone insert was a heavy clog of zooglea. I typically open and clean the system every 4-6 months and it was getting close to that when I installed my iFlo. In retrospect perhaps I should have cleaned it at the time of install. I lowered this to 3 stars and so far I'm not impressed. I will update again in 4-6 months.
