I bought my system directly off of their web site. It came with plenty of hose, three different types. Their videos of how to install were easy and clear. I did not use any of the 1/4 line because I brought the 1/2 inch main line up into the raised bed to hide it out of sight. I was able to tee off the main line with the 1/4 dripper hose directly. I have about 50 feet of raised bed that is 24 inches high in a U shape with some lower beds off of that. I made some design mistakes but managed to make corrections. I did buy extra parts, Tee fittings, straight connectors and elbows for the 1/2 inch main line. Not expensive at all. There were plenty of other fittings for the 1/4 inch lines. The main connector to the spigot has an outlet that will need a cap if you are not going to put a hose with a sprayer you can shut off. I just used the cap to the end plug that came with the kit. The figure 8 end pieces work great and do not allow any water to pass through. I did buy an additional end cap but did not use it. The small parts that are pushed into the main line look easy on the video, but I am an older woman and my hands and strength are not what they used to be. I used a pair of pliers, I was careful not to damage the barbs. The tool really helped. It also helped to hold the connector in my weaker hand and wiggle the lines onto the connector with my stronger hand. I noticed after all this was installed that while the kit comes with 1/4 inch emitter hose that has emitters space 12 inched apart, Dripworks also has this hose with emitters that are spaced 6 inches apart. I may switch mine to this if the watering is not enough. I did run the system for one hour and there was sufficient water in the area around the emitters. Not all of the surface soil was wet. I will wait and see how this works. The system came with ample materials, the tool that makes the holes was easy to use, the system works as it should. I will be buying one for my deck boxes...50 feet of them.

Didn't realize that this kit isn't actually complete. It does not come with a plug for the 1/2" mainline tubing. Without it, you'll just have water pouring out the end of the hose and not going through any of the 1/4 tubing and emitters. I chose this kit to avoid the hassle of going to the hardware store and buying the components separately, but looks like I'll still need that trip.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was an specially great product and wanted to share my experience. The materials and pipeline appear to be high quality and we’re easy to assemble with just the short drip works video that I watched. I bought the standard package which came with over 500 Ft of pipeline and I have plenty leftover for future flower bed additions. Attaching the connectors were a little finicky but was very doable and accomplishable. I had never put in an irrigation system before so as a novice I appreciated being able to do it myself.

The main connector that fits one end to the hose/water source and the other to the pressure control leaks constantly! Also, the pressure in the small pipes is too much, and creates a flood, I guess owing to the fact that the pipes are quite large in diameter. We had to pull them all out and replace with the soaker-type pipes that drip, so that we have run out of all 100 feet of it and many of our plants now need to be hand watered. I'm thoroughly disappointed! The pipes themselves are kind of a hard plastic, so we needed to use multiple tamps to hold them in place and ran out of those too. Not sure how long this will last, and the small size was insufficient for our little plot in a community garden.

I’ve had many drip pipe systems but this is easiest, clear directions and not one leak system I’ve ever used! I bought straight from Drip Depot site. Fittings are easy and reusable . That’s a first! All I needed was a scissors to cut 1/2” tubing.

Awesome! Worked perfect for my application!

Customer service is supreme! Nevertheless, all the fittings do not fit. Tried heat, lube, force, but they just don't fit at all. Do not buy this product unless you can fabricate your own fittings creatively.
