So much funnier than anticipated
I expected the usual litrpg progression, but I was mistaken. Absolutely hilarious in an organic way, and none of the usual "adopting earth slang" so many others do. So worth your read.

Lord needs to grow up and think
It’s a good story with an interesting plot. The only problem I had was the immature lord, although he finally got an advisor at the end of the book that told him he needed to GROW UP and stop acting like a brat and that was a thank god moment for me. Also the lord needs to stop with the slang and references from earth. It was funny and interesting in the beginning but toward the end it makes him look stupid and childish as he constantly says he shouldn’t and will try not to and then goes and does it a sentence later. The foreword said this book burns isekai cliches but it is starting to become one with the ignorant MC nobody punishes for not even attempting to adapt.

Well paced, funny, and thoroughly enjoyable!
I like the premise of this novel. It's already summed up nicely in the synopsis, so I'm going to skip doing a worse job of that here. The story is humorous in many places and even had me laughing out loud. The characters are colorful and engaging. The magic system is deceptively simple and extremely versatile. I'm a fan of many different types of fantasy novels: epic, urban, grim-dark, etc. Having said that, I recommend this book to anyone who likes to have a few laughs along with their fantasy action and adventure.

Nicely done yarn!
So glad I got into this book after a couple of nurseries were done otherwise it would pay me to wait for the rest of them and the rest of the story of course. Definitely a good read!

A solid read.
I like that the main character isn't an idiot. To many stories dumb down there lead role and make them sound like they shouldn't have got out of 5th grade. I'm aware they do this to help ask and answer questions that, as a reader, we would want answers to. However, the author has fleshed out this world at a good and steady pace.

Well written. Interesting, likeable characters. Good storyline.
Interesting variation on the genre. Felt new and different. Characters are well defined and likeable. The story line is interesting. All in all, an enjoyable read. I've already ordered book #2.

Isekai character needs a brain transplant, his is defective
Ah, the joys of reading a story about a young man with no measurable intelligence. And in a tale where the author tries to brag about how he's subverting the tropes of the genre.... by creating a character who is a perfect representation of all that is wrong with the genre in general.Sure there are no romantic interactions and no harem, but only because the main character comes across as a sexless incel basement dweller who couldn't make a pass at any of the women in the story if his life depended on it, and there is a quirk in the magic of this world that makes it so he could be harmed should he actually get into bed with any of the women around him. So the author tries to subvert the oversexed idiot trope, by turning the character into the type of loser that most people figure is writing these tales to begin with. The abilities he has are worse. He basically can gain any ability another has through the blood of the other person entering his veins. (he needs an open wound or a syringe to allow the blood to enter, he can't just drink it.) This gets around the usual "he's overpowered", but then turns around and gives him access to every possible power in the tale. Definitely doesn't subvert anything other than the idea that this author is trying something truly new.And the enemies are immediate, powerful, ruthless and just typical isekai. They are kaiju without being giant monsters. They have the overbearing presence that seems to be almost required of isekai antagonists without clear definitions of goals, plans or even reason for the antagonism other than its required for the story. So this is a tale with little to no character development for the main character despite the author clearly trying. There is no good enemy to dislike as they are faceless schemers sending hordes of soon to be dead assassins rather than building to a clear conflict. And the plot is driven by the needs and requirements of the author rather than feeling organic and influenced by the characters themselves. Its not a bad tale, but it has nothing of the elements that I want to find in a book. I can give it 3 stars as I think lovers of the genre will find elements pleasing, but this is not an example of a great book.

Great rainy day read
An interesting twist on the genre. Love the characters and world building. I don't leave many reviews but since there were none, I felt obliged to. Will say it felt like half a book but I'm glad nothing was whittled away and can't wait to start on number 2. It doesn't have the constant action of many in this genre and don't be expecting a harem with the 5 battlemaids. The pace is well managed along with the editing and rich story telling. Dake(Clint) the MC gets about doing things with an absolute minimum of whining and needless introspection. He's figuring it out, making it work and discovering how this new world works. This will definitely be a new series I'll be sticking with. Enjoy Y'all!

Top tier isekai story
One of the best isekai stories out there. The main character is clever and competent but not infallible, and the way he uses his special power and those of his people to solve problems is immensely satisfying. The plot arcs are solid and the pacing of the story feels appropriate. The writer's prose/voice is excellent, as are the spelling and grammar.

Very good with some interesting ideas
The book in itself is very good. The writing style is fine, characters are not 2D, and there isn't much Info-Dumping. There are several new and original ideas in the book. I somewhat disliked the MC, because he is unremarkable in any way (except his ability, but that's besides the point). It's one of those classic "oh no I am now a noble in medieval fantasy times and I am going to change the whole society bcs I feel bad ordering ppl around". I am obviously oversimplifying, and there are atrocious things being done to the people, but u get the point. Classic bleeding heart MC. -1 star bcs of that.

Nice difference on the Isekai theme
Nice difference on the Isekai theme still fantasy, but no gaming theme skills/levels which was refreshing lots of adventure and I hope the next book is as good

Another dumb mc story
I found the story boring and could not get past the first few chapter. It was like an child throwing his weight around a beach sand castle
