I would like to say that I am very happy and grateful to the Acura team. With the ‘Chakra Amulet’ pendant (the gold one) that I ordered, I didn’t like it, because I didn’t see correctly on the picture (in the middle, there is a straight line with the 7 chakra stones) and also because being craft products, they are all a few different. So, I contacted them to explain that I was a bit disappointed.They were very nice and replied immediately that they were sorry about that and that they could change it, asking me what I would like to have. Acura also explained to me that their amulets are permanently in evolution to be improved. I changed with the ‘Uriel Amulet’ (red one), they sent me a picture, to be sure that it was what I would like and I was refunded for the different cost.I have a skin allergy with red and green stones, because of iron inside … thanks to the coated resin, this trouble stopped. This is a good solution for people like me.Now, I am very happy and I love it. I love gold and red colors. This is a very good quality amulet and I wear it all the time.Once more, thank you very much to the Acura team and the good help quality.
