Adjustable Car Phone Holder Mount Cradle for Car with One Button Release and Strong Sticky Gel Pad

We use this cradle attached to the small triangular window forward of the driver's door on our car.It replaced a cradle that attached using a similar method, but the suction cup gloop had drooped over the years that it was attached but there was no refitting it once it had come off, so I was happy to use the same style of cup on this mount given the longevity of the older one.This mount in particular has good options for adjustment, meaning it is easy to get in to a good visible position without it obscuring any of the windscreen. On our Toyota Verso, it sits quite comfortably above the right hand air vent where the view of it doesn't obscure anything and it doesn't obscure the view of anything else.The suction cup appears to work perfectly on glass - I didn't even give much more than a quick wipe to clean the glass before installing.I had a couple of practice attempts before removing the plastic film on the cup to ensure it was going in the best possible position and then made sure the suction cup lever was fully extended before attaching to the window. Once it was well attached to the glass, tightening the lever fully (slightly past the surrounding plastic) meant this has remained securely fitted for the duration of a week's holiday driving along Suffolk's less than smooth country roads.During that week, I played around with the position of the phone using the extending arm and even at its fullest extension where the force on the cup would be at its greatest, it hasn't moved a millimetre from its installed position.The cradle is opened using the button on the side of the cradle with a satisfying smooth action. Tightening the cradle suitably around the phone did take a little practice though as it requires pressure on the back of the jaws, behind the phone, in order to get good purchase on the side of the phone.I use my phone in landscape when in the mount, so the top of the phone overhangs the end of the cradle so the cradle jaws don't obscure the physical buttons on my phone.I was expecting to have issues tightening the ball joint to stop it rotating with the phone unbalanced, but it didn't rotate once and I don't feel like I've had to over tighten the joint to achieve that level of grip.I like the flip out ledge on the bottom of the cradle, but mostly because it means I know my phone is in the correct position for the jaws not to interfere with buttons while its in use. The gap for the charge cable also works perfectly with our phones and a right angle usb connector.I also like the fact that both of the adjustment knobs on the arm are within easy reach, meaning I can fold the arm away whenever we aren't using it with very little effort and also adjust the position of the phone depending on my own requirements without committing to anything other than the position of the suction cup.With the rigidity of this cradle and the infinitely adjustable arms, this mount is well recommended, with a week of heavy use, I didn't find a single feather that was annoying or inadequate. It performed superbly.

This product is AMAZING!!! I've had this for a while and I've moved it from car to car and the quality is still good and it still sticks well! It holds the phone very well and it's easy to use. It's also easy to adjust. It would highly recommend this product!

Very sturdy, was hoping to stick it to my dash board but it would only adhere to glass. Once it was on the glass it was a fight to get it back off again. Once I took it off I had no need to put it back on so I can’t say whether it would stick to window again. I doubt the ‘suction’ was having an effect, it was probably the just industrial strength glue holding it on.

Being a truck driver need a good phone holder.So far this seem great, first impressions was good, very well made and seem very durable. The suction cup is great doesn’t just suck to the window the suction cup also has a sticky back to it as well,so should have no problem falling off the window, the screw to change the angle of the arm also seems good quality, so shouldn’t have problem of it coming loses and moving the angle of your phone, moving to the extension arm when on full extension it still very sturdy and this is also a screw mechanism to change this, moving to the actual holder, the retracted side are great one press of a button and they automatically retract just push back (don’t need to press button to do this) to suite phone size, the holder where about the charger is, is retractable so you can fold it away if you don’t want the support under your phone.The only thing I can say that they could do with looking at on this product is the height size of the holder it’s self. could do with being a little bit higher if you have a larger phone like I do (iphone 11 pro max)to give the back of your phone more support. Don’t let this put you off though, as it does still hold you phone great, all in all this is a great product and would highly recommend.

Well made and good value BUT jaws open to max width of only 75mm not 100 and biggest problem is that the suction pad is also covered with very sticky self adhesive glue so this is a one time fixing really ( removal force would damage most substrates i'm guessing). As I wanted this for quick changes in various hire cars this is sub-optimal. No solvents I tried would remove the glue, leaving just a suction cup. The plastic disc covering the glue on delivery is a bit too thick to allow suction alone to work. Solution I use is covering the glue with cling film which works for now but will eventually tear I suppose. Good item but better description needed - this would be fine for semi permanent use in one vehicle with phones smaller than the current trend for " pro" sizes.

Good suction still had to clean it once in 2,5 years as it loses suction over time. After cleaning device and dashboard will stay as new. Screws will need adjustment over time as it will unscrew over time. Versatile positioning. Slightly big but I don't like it obstructions on my windshield. I use it on the corner of the dashboard. Sturdy

The media could not be loaded. Bought the holder 2 years ago. Suction plate has turned into a sticky blob!!! Don’t know why?
