And sometimes it doesn’t. I’m not sure if it’s this adapter’s fault or a software issue with Apple. However, I can wiggle the adapter and it loses connection and charging.

Worked for a little while and then just quit.

Had it for about a month then it stopped working with my iPhone 8 I wiggled it a little and it snapped.

Mine didn’t work at all when I received it. Didn’t bother to find out if I just happened to get a bad one from the bunch. I got it to replace a damaged original splitter from the Apple store, but there’s no comparison to the real thing. If you need one, spend the money for the better one and be glad you did.
