Great idea poor fit
I liked the idea of the product but found it to be uncomfortable to wear when having to use the arm. It did best over a long sleeve shirt. If worn on the skin the straps dig into the arm causing irritation. The padding is excellent and does protect the olecranon.

Too small
Product shown on the arm of an adult male but the one I received, although there is only one size, barely went around my arm. Returned the item and promptly received a full refund.

It's just OK...
I was looking for something with a large, thick pad to protect the elbow, and I found it in this brace. This product has that. BUT....First of all, sizing: it probably fits the range of arm sizes they say (8"-14"), but for heaven's sake, measure your arm. I'm a slightly built man, 6', 200-ish pounds, who doesn't body build, and my arm is 13" circumference. This thing barely has any overlap on the Velcro straps when I'm wearing it.When feeding the Velcro straps through buckles, the webbing strap often gets caught on the buckle, and is extremely difficult to get it on with one hand. The hook side of the Velcro faces the arm, so if you're not very careful to center it on the loop (fuzzy) side, it will be like sandpaper on your skin. Plus the edges of those straps are very rough and will abrade the skin (this may improve over time). It does restrict motion of the joint -- which is it's purpose, after all -- but it does so because, when you try to bend your arm beyond a certain point, the ends of the plastic buckles dig into your arm, which is quite painful. I find that I must remove it to perform tasks like eating, which require a lot of arm bending. Also, since it must be fairly tight on the arm, it starts to restrict circulation after wearing for a few hours. In spite of that, after only 3 days of use, the swelling in my elbow has completely subsided, and the pain is much less, so it does work.
