Easy to clean, but the plastics just aren't up to handling the job. I'd recommend investing in something of a bit more quality. It did come with plenty of attachments, which I appreciated. I used it for deviled eggs, which might have been a bit too aggressive of a job for the price I paid. The seller shipped very quickly and the packaging was very nice.

I do not use the nozzles (they kind of remind me of those cookie presses from when I was a kid) - I just use the decorating tips. They are perfect for decorating cakes and cookies and making deviled eggs look professional. Great value - does what the expensive ones from the catalogs do for a third of the price.

Seems cheaply made. I use to have one from Pampered Chef (which broke over many years of use) which was very well made so I guess I'm comparing them to each other. I've decided to keep it but wish I had just reordered from Pampered Chef.

Not quite as high quality as I thought it would be and it's sometimes hard to work with. But when it works right it's great. For the price it's decent.

This is so cheap it's sad. It's like a Chinese company tried to copy a quality product, but did not know what or how the quality product did it's thing. So it looks like an icing decorator, and that is about it.First, there are no directions! There are no examples of what the various nozzle and hole patters produce! It's as if they gave kids round discs and said poke holes in them, and when you're through, we'll pretend they are icing nozzles and sell them. I believe they want you to go find the manual to a quality icing kit and try to figure from it what this company's copy is supposed to do.Also the quality is extremely bad.There is a clear plastic cylinder. It attaches to the handle base by inserting and turning to lock. After you do this, it rattles and if you shake it just a bit, it will fall off. It does not lock into place. It's loose and will easily come off all by itself.The other end has a white plastic ring that you are supposed to slide onto the cylinder, and also turn to lock. But the ring is too small. You have to push hard to get it over the cylinder, and is so tight, you simply cannot turn it to lock it. If you had greasy hands while icing a cake, your hands would slide all over it.There is a plunger in the cylinder that is supposed to push the icing out the other end. But the plunger's diameter is too small. If fits so loosely that a lot of the icing will go past it and into the back of the cylinder BEHIND the plunger.

Now this was the "old fashioned" decorator I have been looking for since my moms metal one finally broke after about 50 years. I used this this past weekend and worked beautiful, my personal preference over those clumsy plastic bags, For the price, to receive all those tips (these basic ones always get the most creative results, and tons of applause, and stencils, I use this for all the fine decorating, inscribing, and piping. Well, made and ran through top dishwasher like a charm, Exactly what I was hoping for and expected!

my expensive pampered chef decorator fell and broke in pieces. desperate i ordered this, mostly for the price ... then becuase of the reviews.. i have to agree!!. this is the best.. it actaully works better than my previous one. and its lighter.. if your doing many eggs and cookeis for the holiday that matters! so thanks everyong for your awesome reviews and honesty~!

While I like my cake decorator, it's a little hard to push sometimes but mostly I use it for deviled eggs so no worries
