For mental and gut health
They work just as well as the others and the absence of red dye is best for my mental health. I was getting angry and antisocial at night and didn't realize red dye was to blame until stopping it. Gentle and reliable.

I prefer to use this product when constipated. It's gentle and easy to use. This product has no taste, at least I cannot taste anything when swallowing it. It works better, for me, than laxatives which usually throws me into diarrhea instead of just gently relieving my constipation. Would I recommend this product? Yes. The size of each caplet is easy to swallow. This product is different from the ones which are dual colored. But it's very effective, in my opinion. It's the only constipation medication that I will use to get things moving again.
