I haven’t given to them yet as it is for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. It seems very well-made and the saying that comes with it was a touching. I don’t believe either of them can wear it. It’s very small and it’s not adjustable but I’m glad I purchased it. It was very reasonably priced and it’ll be a nice sentiment for them to have.
