What a brilliant invention. I take quite a lot of meds and was getting depressed about constantly having to open packets and bottles all day. I tried one of those pop up ones but it made my fingers sore and split some fingernails. This slide system is wonderful and not having to spend a lot of time sorting meds I don't want to take anyway is lovely, it's all done at once then the week is sorted. I've ordered three more so that I can set a month's worth out and throw away the packets, bottles and pharmacy bags.Some people would find the German words a problem but it isn't at all. They still have seven days in a week so it doesn't matter. I pull out the bottom tray and put it at the top where it can easily be popped out through the day. When it is empty I turn it around to make the front side blank. The next day I pull out the next tray and they all drop down. As the week progresses all the empty trays are blank at the front so it is easy to see when to reload.It was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be, and I was worried that there wouldn't be enough room for all my meds but there is room to spare. Having four compartments is great for me too. It is well made and I am going to test it's sturdiness in a few months when I go away for a few days.I saw lots of other similar products at more than twice the price but I don't need anything except the basics. The alarm goes off on my watch and the meds are quickly accessed and taken. What more can you ask for? I don't like giving full marks for items but I can't find anything negative to say about it.

Brilliant, brilliantThere is clearly SO MUCH crap out there for pill boxes - this is PERFECT (I now spend some time on Sunday sorting it all out for the week) (the big win is that I don't have to do all the pill popping faff in the mornings just pick up the days box and go) - 7 days - removable tray per day - 4 compartments per pay (I don't use them for 4 separate timings, just to organise the pills)

I am very pleased with this pill box and am not at all put off that the days are written in German. It seems neat, well made and does the job well.

In German but half the price for the English language version.

Now I am used to it, I like it very much, plenty of room for all my tabs. Shame it's in German but that doesn't bother me really.

Solide, très bien conçu pour l'usage.Conseil: retirer la boîte du jour par le bas. J'ai commencé en faisant l'inverse et je trouvais difficile de replacer la boîte vidée.Dans un commentaire négatif, j'ai lu que le pilulier était difficile à utiliser pour une personne âgée. Je comprend cette réaction mais pense que tout pilulier qui ferme bien et de manière sécurisée sera difficile à utiliser pour des vieilles personnes et ça me paraît logique.Pour clôturer, à ce prix là, il ne faut pas exiger un pilulier en or massif.

très bon produit pour une somme modique due je pense au fait que les jours ne soient pas en français mais cela ne me pose aucun problème

Das ist die vierte Medikamentenbox, die ich in den letzten Jahren ausprobiert habe. Die Vorgänger zeichneten sich nicht gerade durch Haltbarkeit (Probleme waren u.a. Auflösung der Beschriftung, kein ausreichender Verschluss der Boxen im Lauf der Zeit bzw. Bruch der Plastikscharniere.....) aus, waren aber teurer als diese hier.Diese Medikamentenwochenbox habe ich nun mittlerweile seit fast einem Jahr in Gebrauch. Die Einteilung in 4 Fächer pro Einsatz, d.h. für Morgen, Mittag, Abend, Nacht, dürfte für die meisten Nutzer von der Größe her ausreichen.Auf dem Produktbild ist die Box leider (noch immer!) falsch herum abgebildet.Die beiden Öffnungen des Vorratsbehälters gehören nach unten. Über die einzelne Öffnung schiebt man die Tagesbehälter in der richtigen Reihenfolge der Wochentage in den Vorratsbehälter. Mit Druck auf eine der beiden Öffnungen unten schiebt man dann den Tagesbehälter am Einnahmetag seitlich aus dem Vorratsbehälter hinaus.Leichte unkomplizierte Handhabung.Nachdem ich hier bei den Negativbewertungen immer wieder von Problemen beim Öffnen des Schiebedeckels vom Tagesbehälter gelesen habe, gibt's noch einen kleinen Hinweis zur Handhabung, welche - vorausgesetzt die Motorik ist nicht zu stark eingeschränkt - auch nicht viel Kraft erfordert. Aus entsprechender Erfahrung empfehle ich zum Öffnen bei den Tagesbehältern nicht den Deckel zu schieben sondern den Behälter. Man hält einfach den Klarsichtdeckel an der schmalen Seite fest zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger und schiebt dann den Behälter unter der Abdeckung seitlich raus. Geht wirklich einfach.Von der Größe her find ich die Box grundsätzlich ausreichend (beim mir sind' s täglich 8 Tabletten, davon 7 morgens, 1 abends; das Fach für morgens wäre allerdings voll). Falls man mehr Medikamente zu nehmen hat würde ich empfehlen evtl. mit zwei dieser Boxen zu arbeiten. Wenn man dann nur eine der Boxen täglich in die Hand nehmen will, kann man einfach Bestückung der Boxen ändern, zB in der ersten Box je zwei Tagesbehälter für Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch und 1 Tagesbehälter für Donnerstag; in Box 2 dann weiter mit einem Tagesbehälter für Donnerstag und jeweils zwei Tagesbehälter für Freitag, Samstag, Sonntag ...... Die Wochenbox ist so kompakt in der Größe (ca.B11cm/T4cm/H12,8cm), dass zwei von der Art auch nicht sonderlich viel Platz brauchen ;-)Nach einem Jahr der Nutzung ist mir bei täglicher Handhabung noch kein einziger der Schiebedeckel gesprungen. Lediglich die Beschriftung zeigt im unteren Bereich mittlerweile geringfügig Abrieb. Man kann aber noch problemlos alles lesen.Farblich ist das Teil kein Highlight ( fliederfarben und hellblau - schaut irgendwie schon nach Krankenhaus aus ;-) ), aber darauf kommt's meiner Meinung nach auch nicht so an.Funktion, Handhabung, Stabilität und auch noch ein klasse Preis (derzeit 4,49€ inkl. Versand!) haben mich absolut überzeugt. Ich bin mit dieser Wochenbox sehr zufrieden :-))UPDATE:Wir schreiben jetzt das Jahr 2024 und ich habe 4 dieser Boxen nunmehr bald 6 Jahre in regelmäßigem Gebrauch. Ich hatte von den Boxen 4 Stück angeschafft, um sie mit meinem Medikamentenbedarf für 4 Wochen zu bestücken, damit ich nicht so oft nachfüllen muss. Funktionieren immer noch völlig problemlos, keine Risse, keine Schäden und sogar die Schrift ist noch ziemlich gut lesbar. Natürlich habe ich sie nicht in der Spülmaschine gereinigt ;-) Bei Bedarf würde ich wieder auf diese Wochenboxen zurückgreifen :-)))

Arriva in un sacchetto di plastica, a prima vista non troppo ingombrante dagli ottimi materiali alla facilità d'uso, la torre contiene 7 vani portapillole per preparare le dosi di una settimana, ogni vano contiene 4 scomparti non molto profondi, ideale per chi assume pillole medio/piccole, al limite può entrarci una grande occupando quasi tutto un settore, la plastica utilizzata é buona, il vano ha un vetrino a scorrimento che copre bene tutte le pastiglie, meccanismo facile quello di estrarre il primo vano in basso per poi reinserire sopra., una difficoltà potrebbe essere la lingua tedesca specialmente per un anziano a mio avviso risolvibile mettendo delle etichette adesive in italiano così da agevolare il tutto.Conclusione buon portapillole di qualità ad un prezzo poco più sopra le 5 euro da prendere e lo consiglio

Es un pastillero muy cómodo y práctico, por el sistema que tiene lo puedes llevar entero en el bolso sin que se salgan los apartados de cada día. Aunque los días están en alemán no supone ningún problema porque se puede poner una etiqueta encima o pintar con rotulador un mensaje. Cada día tiene 4 apartados, se saca el día que toca por la parte de abajo y cuando se termina se pone por arriba. Cada apartado se abre deslizando el plástico y es bastante seguro, no se abre por accidente.
