IIVWomen's Walking Shoes with Arch Support, Orthotic Sneakers Tennis Shoes Casual Comfortable for Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief US 5.5-11

I have probably bought every nursing shoes out there. Each one leaving something lacking. This shoes get me through my 12 hour ER shift, no problem. I have high arches and have had, corns. These have great arch support, and a wide toe box. I pair them with compression socks and it makes a huge difference.

Got these to wear on my job where I’m on my feet for 6-8 hrs a day. They are my work shoes. Like them so far. Good for walking.

First: I love the use of white and black to hide the overall orthopedic shoe look to these. second: they are comfortable and I did get a compliment the first day I wore them at work.Now, the reason I didn't rate these 5 stars. They don't play well with no-show socks. For me, they just hit the back of my ankle wrong with my no-shows but were fine with my regular work socks. That's on me, but at the same time, I rather be able to wear my no-shows without rubbing.Second - and this might just be my foot - after 6 hours on my feet, they did cause some discomfort/numbness in my pinky toes. Again - this might be the reason why I do need the orthotics and I'm just stretching out the muscle that causes that pain, but it was there.I do wish the toe box was a little wider towards the toes. (this might also have been the cause for the numbness in my pinky toes as well.) I run into the problem that toes boxes pinch my toes together at the top and I'm trying to let them stretch out like they're supposed to.So - overall great for the arch support and looking good... I just wish there was more done for the ability for toes to have room to spread.

I’m in love with these shoes! I’ve been having cramped legs when I walk, so have been searching for supportive and well cushioned, roomy, comfortable shoes…these are it!!!I can walk in these shoes, and for greater distances…I’m a fan! I’m so relieved I tried these!

I love the comfort , but it’s like being on a boat .Not real steady for the feet for balance.
