comfortable but not robust
Initially this chair seemed great, if a little ostentatious in design compared to a typical office chair. I was quite pleased with it for the first week or so - it seemed comfortable and was easy to assemble. The lumbar support cushion is great and the strapping method of attaching makes it very easy to adjust on the fly, just by tugging it into position. Unfortunately the problems with it soon began to make themselves felt once it was in daily use.First thing noticed was that the neck support is poorly designed. Like the lumbar cushion it is attached with straps and can be adjusted, but even at it's highest position it is far too low to act as a head or neck rest. The stretchy straps allow it to be forced up to a comfortable position but then of course as soon as you lean forward, it pings back to it's too-low position again. This is particularly odd design given that the chair is explicitly aimed at tall people! If this was the only flaw, I'd still recommend the chair, but there are much more significant problems. The next issue to become apparent was with the bucket-seat itself. The raised sides of the seat section are provided by triangular metal structures on either side, within the padding, and in a natural sitting position your thighs rest against these supports. After some days of using the seat, I noticed bruises were forming on the sides of my legs where they rested against the points of these metal bits. There is insufficient padding here. I was able to solve this problem by adding an additional cushion to raise myself up a few inches, but it's not ideal.More problems became apparent over the next few weeks. The chair is not as strong and robust as it initially appeared to be. For example, the arms of the chair are connected to the seat by flat strips of metal less than 10mm thick, and the only connection point is to the underside of the seat. These metal strips are not nearly strong enough - merely leaning against the arms of the chair (especially when raised to their maximum height) causes them to bend outward from the chair. The metal strips bend at the point where the second (outermost) screw fixes it the underside of the seat. I leant on one to pick something up from the floor and it bent outward to a 45-degree angle. Never had anything like that happen on any previous chairs. Living with this chair means constantly noticing that the arms have bent again and bending them back into position. One month on from purchase, there are already metal-fatigue cracks occuring at the point the metal strips are screwed to the seat and I'm expecting that sooner or later the arms will snap off completely. The metal bracket on the seat underside into which the lift cylinder fits (the connection betwen the seat and the wheels) is also not strong enough and subject to bending, especially when the chair is raised up from the lowest position (increasing the leverage on this joint). Leaning to one side or the other while sitting for a while is enough to bend the bracket and give the seat a permanent tilt in that direction, until you deliberately lean the other way to bend it back. This weakness is made worse by a fundamental design flaw - the supporting cylinder meets the bracket too far back on the seat, so the center of gravity of anyone sitting in the seat (especially if not leaning back) is actually in front of the support. This means that just sitting in the chair causes it to gradually develop a forward tilt which eventually makes you feel like you are going to slide off. To be clear, it's only a slight tilt, a few degrees or so, but it's enough to be felt and it is unsettling. Leaning back in the chair using the tilt feature puts your weight behind the support and so can bend it back again for a while - but I'm expecting this constant bending back and forth will eventually cause fatigue cracks to develop in this bracket as well.Overall, very disappointed with this chair. My previous chair lasted 5 years of continuous hard use, I'll be surprised if this one lasts 6 months. Unfortunately given its large size and weight and the fact that I have already disposed of the enormous box it arrived in, it isn't practical to return it.

Updated longevity report
I have to seriously downgrade my view of this chair. It's become something I find I loathe and I am going to have to replace it. The constant tilting from side to side defies any remedy, it simply isn't good enough. The quality of the structure is below the quality of the covering. Lots of showroom appeal but the reality is different. It's becoming uncomfortable, the tilting is messing up my back, and I've had enough of it.Original review:First, the chair was ordered with a three week delay to delivery, which suited me fine, and it turned up two days later totally unannounced with TNT, it was completely accidental that I was home for just 5 minutes when it arrived. Total lack of communication, never impressed. The chair had to sit in its box three weeks until the rooms decoration and refit was completed - it weighs 55lb and is nearly 5ft high so it's not an easy thing to move about. Opening the box and the first thing you see is the back to base pivot cover has come off and is covered in grease. It was cleaned up and snapped on. Assembly was easy, taking one person ten minutes. In use the first thing is how comfortable it all is, everything moves and adjusts easily. There is one thing that really isn't very adequate. It has a tendency to tilt sideways - not the base but the seat cushion, and the screws that go into the seat from the legs just aren't adequate. They keep coming loose and require constant tightening, every week. Arms are highly adjustable, seat back, lumbar support and cushion excellent. Overall I am very happy with it, it's the best chair I've ever had from a fist day of use - it often takes me three weeks to get used to a new one. The tendency of the seat base to feel loose, having to tighten the screws all the time, is very irritating. Overall it's good value for money but I'm not convinced it will last a year of me using it 4-6 hours a day 7 days a week, as my main day job chair.

Looks great, comfortable & supportive.
I have Coccydynia (tailbone pain) & prolapsed discs L1 - L5 in my lower back & as such pretty much in constant pain, this chair supports my back & my butt perfectly in those areas, this was my main concern when looking for a chair, the cushions are fully adjustable and removable, the neck rest can be removed the re-attached over the top of the chair instead if you are taller of just have a long neck, the arm-rests are adjustable vertically only, it DON'T wobble or creak or squeak, it was heavy so my friend had to assemble it for me, smells a bit for a few days as that's the PU Leather just airing(which has been confirmed to me as having no animal traces & vegan friendly), so that's always a good thing knowing no animals got killed to make this, overall I'm finding mine very comfortable & sturdy, I'm a pc gamer so I can spend some time sat in this chair, the only thing I can say negative is maybe the arm rests could have a tilt-inwards feature or be a little softer & have gel in them like a mouse wrist pad rest, they are on the firm side of squishy but quite comfy compared to my old chair, just a thought for future improvement, that said no more red elbows either! It looks great & will compliment any gamers set up. Thumbs up from me & my 16st weightlifting friend!Update Edit: 8/8/17 (check the stitching on the straps)After a few weeks I noticed on closer inspection after 1 of the elastic straps snapped & that they were poorly stitched on the clip parts, literally 3-4 stitches holding them all, I took the old stitches out & restitched them all properly, I've noticed since I've bought it there's now a newer design, hopefully they've employed someone who knows how to use a needle & cotton correctly! Other than that, my chair is still alright, reclines fine & both the lumbar & neck pillows haven't lost any shape or support either, comfy for having a nap in too.
