I’ve deducted a star for the misleading product photo on Amazon, this product will actually give you less of a gradient than is shown in the description, the product photo has the wedge on a board lifting it inline with the upper part of the bed frame, not sitting lower on the base in line with the mattress. The product’s packaging is more representative and included with my posting. It’s a more gentle gradient, hopefully still enough to improve blood/fluid return.Also worth noting, anything bigger than a single mattress might require two as it’s not overly wide.Other than that, it seems fine!

I was advised to tilt my mattress to alleviate water retention and this does the job very well.
