Solar Lights, Stay Lit ~ 3 to 4 Hours After Dusk
Solar lights use a PV cell to charge a battery. The battery powers the lamp when the photo-detector determines that it's dark. The light usually comes from LED bulbs which can be relatively efficient. On brighter days the battery gets more of a charge than on dull days so the light stays on longer and appears brighter (especially to start).After a very bright day these lamps can stay lit up to 5 hours, getting fairly dim before they grow dark. If they had higher capacity batteries and/or larger photo-voltaic cells they could stay more brighly lit longer, but for the price this is what you get.

I love these lights!
They're very bright at night and last very long.. bought two sets of them to cover the front of my home. They ALL light and have had big issues.. would highly recommend.

So good, I bought more
These are great quality lights. They are glass and not cheap plastic. They assemble easily and work quickly. I installed them around 8:00 pm and they lit ip the yard that night. They look beautiful too. I bought the first set of lights and loved them so kuch, I bought more.
