Non-standard keyboard layout / poor design
You cannot see it from the photo, but the keyboard is not laid out normally. If you are a touch typist, you will be hitting the End key with your right pinky every time you try to hit the right Shift key, which is a disaster. I ordered it and it sat in the box for months before I had to use it, so it was too late to return. The cables are also funky. Although supposedly designed for the Dragon, you have to put the tablet in the holding clips with the the power button on the bottom instead of at the top. Otherwise, the USB connection is on the left and the micro connection is on the right, and the cable has to be snaked through the middle very gingerly. It keeps falling out. A very poor design all way around.
