The Mobile Pet Grooming Guide

This has been one of the best purchases I have made since deciding to become a groomer! There were so many questions answered, many things I had not thought about to run a mobile salon, and a few things that I could tell my husband "See!! I told you so!"!!! My copy is already getting plenty of use with tabs to go back and review or to mark it so I can do research on a product for my van. It even includes example pricing and forms so you don't leave anything to chance!! I love that Tish opened up her business for a peek into what it is really like to run a mobile salon!! Thank you!!

I paid for a new book. But it was clearly used! Not only was the cover bent & scratched, but it looked like something was spilled on it! This was supposed to be a gift! Very dissatisfied!

This book is a MUST HAVE for anyone wanting to go into the mobile pet grooming business! Well worth every penny for avoiding many pit falls to things you might not have considered. This book will not disappoint you!

Had some information I had not consider but wished it talked about different business llcenses and how to find that information within your state

I wish I had this book when I first started! It answers EVERY question in great detail. The author really left nothing out, from pricing to scheduling, routing, financing your van, and beyond.I also recommend you pick up the Business Guide to Pet Grooming by Sam Kohl.

With 148 pages and 6 sections, I'd say this is the GO-TO book for anyone interested in this booming industry. From "Choosing a conversion" to "Operating," "Managing," "Routing,".."Personal Touches," the book is a definitive guide. The author has first hand experiences that help the rest of us learn from her successes and mistakes. She tells all! The current research saves us time. Her tips and creativity and formats all cut to the chase so we can JUST DO IT!

Tish Bachert has written one of the most comprehensive works on the subject we have read. My daughter is a groomer and if she'd had this book before launching her business, she'd have been able to avoid some of the ineviatble problems every new start-up encounters.This book will pay for itself many times over.5 stars!
