All wood. Terrible instructions and had to help bore out holes that weren't big enough or at the correct angle in one circumstance, however, anyone with a drill and driver can do whatever they want with this frame, it is absolutely AMAZING! I was worried after reading someone returned it from the varnish smell, but thats not the case AT ALL. I only worry about ever having to move the frame to another room or house it will take some work to separate and label etc. But that is just a testimony to how structurally secure and stably sound this frame is. Definitely WORTH the price!

I was worried cuz I thought it was not going to be real wood but it is, and it’s actually pretty nice. It took a couple of hours to ensamble, a plus, you don’t need spring box

After 3 days the varnish smell is still so overpowering It's making me sick. I have to pay 60.00 to return it and it only cost 68.00 .
