3581 Superchips Flashcal+

Needed it to adjust speedo and turn off tpms. Only thing that I don't like is that you have to leave it plugged in the obd2 connector

Returning it. I bought it to adjust the speedo on my 2017 jeep wrangler after putting bigger tires on. Plugged the device into my jeep and it said it was already Vin locked to a different jeep. Meaning I can't use it. And now I'm being charged to return it.

Just got the flashcal+ dongle and kinda disappointed. Did research on this product and it appeared it had the most functions to upgrade my 2013 jeep wrangler sahara. After pairing the device, instantly noticed lack of options like the ability to activate a backup camera, no brake recalibration. It did have the tire recalc, lights, turn signal, tpms, but after that, nothing. There should be a breakdown of what year's of jeeps have what options. They advertise its 2011-2018. Abit disappointed, feel misled on its features. Will be doing tire calibration tomorrow, wish me luck

ASKED THE SELLER IF THIS UNIT WILL WORK WITH A 2023 JEEP GLADIATOR. UPON RECEIVING AND ATTEMPTED INSTALLATION THE UNIT DOESNT CONNECT VIA BLUETOOTH AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPS I MANAGED TO GET UNIT CONNECTED BUT IT CAN NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE BUS. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF TRYING I CONTACTED SUPERCHIPS AND THEY ADVISED THAT THE UNIT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE JEEP GLADIATOR OR JL FROM 2022 TO 2024. THAT THERE'S AN SOFTWARE ISSUE THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON IT, THIS WAS 2 MONTHS AGO. HERE IS THE BEGUINING OF JULY AND STILL NOTHING, SUPERCHIPS NOR THE SELLER RESPOND TO MESSAGES OR CALLS. DON'T BUY IS GARBAGE, NO SUPPORT FROM ANY PARTY.... GO WITH AN ALTERNATE UNIT LIKE Z-AUTOMOTIVE OR BANKS. REAL SUPPORT... DONT BUY DONT BUY DONT BUY

So this thing being the junk it is, cost me a weekend of wheeling, cost of campsite, taking off, the whole trip ruined! Installed gears the week before. Picked Jeep up at the shop, they say they believe this unit is faulty. I spend 5 hours trying different methods, taking off battery cable, touching them together, (while off) clearing codes, putting back to stock, then programming again. It will NOT push the gear ratio change into my body control module and causes code p0731 and goes into limp mode. 2100 in parts and labor, another 800 in trip expenses and this pos has me sitting on my thumbs this weekend!
