These have a satin feel, fit snug up on my arm so stays in place perfectly. The elastic isn’t too tight, just right for a medium sized person.

The upper elastic in these sleeves is not tight enough to keep them from dropping down my wife’s thin arms (see picture). She is 5’ 4” and 120 pounds. If the person has thicker upper arms these sleeves should work to help protect from the sun and vines, but I wouldn’t count on them protecting from thorns though.

Easy to put on & off, nice fabric, & long enough to cover my entire arm. I have thin arms, so fabric is a bit loose on me, but it also has a nice stretch.

Ahhh these feel so good on my arms!! Very pretty. Sadly also very big, probably 2X. I like that the thumb hole is big enough not to pinch, constrict, or rub. My baby kitten easily bit through the material and I could feel the claws he's not learned to manage. Makes me question using for gardening/yard work.

My sister is an avid gardener and gets scratched up when pruning. These protective sleeves will help shield her arms.

These gardening sleeves were a great gift for my best friend who loves to work in her garden and in among plants. They are protective and long enough so she can be cool but remain safe from scratches. The material is really soft and comfortable so she can wear them for an extended period of time. The pattern is very nice and attractive. The fingerless feature is helpful so the gloves stay down around her thumb but she has precise use of her fingers which helps. She loves them and they would be an awesome stocking stuffer for anyone who likes to garden!

My wife got these mainly to wear while she is kayaking to keep her arms from burning. However, she has since used them while working in the yard as well. They are as described and a good value.
