My wife is a size XL and while this says “one size” they do not include measurements. Sadly, this did not fit her.She was also concerned about the fact that it does not list what materials are on the inside (where the oil is put) as the fact this is supposed to be a health product, she wanted to make sure it was 100% cotton or wool.She liked the fact that a bag came with it to place it in to wash in the washing machine.But overall, she was disappointed in it.

I use a castor oil pack predominately for liver detoxing so I wanted to give this wrap a try. I found this caster oil pack relatively easy to use and it fit me well. Considering it is one-size-fits-all, I will say there isn't much give on this caster oil pack so larger people may have issues with fit. This castor oil pack is not cloth fabric on the outside, so it is not a full cotton version. However, this caster oil pack is reusable. The body wrap part does have a pouch for a cold or heat pack, which is a nice feature. I was able to effectively use this castor oil pack and it worked pretty well for what I needed it for (liver detoxing). Overall, this castor oil pack is pretty decent.

This is convenient for those seeking natural relief. Its easy-to-use design makes applying castor oil hassle-free, providing soothing comfort. It is a must-have for anyone looking to incorporate holistic remedies into their wellness routine.

This product feels cheaply made and more like a single use item. Not really flexible enough to get a good fit.

The media could not be loaded.  In the description of this particular castor oil wrap I was unable to find where it stated what type of material was used for this product. It seems to have the characteristics of plastic. I have found it not to be as comfortable as the cotton ones, but I can't say, it was entirely uncomfortable! Therefore, it's really a matter of choice! What is a benefit of this one is, if I happen to use a little too much castor oil, it won't bleed through the fabric. So, guess what? NO MESS! There is a soft flannel cotton like material on the inside, thus keeping the oil intact. I washed this item by hand before using and hung it out to dry on my portable clothesline dryer. Which I will probably continue that process throughout the life of it. It does serve the purpose it is designed for. Yet, I would like to make those of you with sensitive skin aware!The set includes a wrap for the neck, also made of the same material, The Velcro on both items held the wraps in place for me. This is a one size item but definitely adjustable and it takes a little effort to conform to your own comfort level. Since it is good to experiment with new products, I say give a try!

This reusable castor oil pack wrap is different from others I have and wanted to give it a try. The velcro is different and the outside is not a cloth fabric, kind of plastic-y. Meh. I'd rather stick with a fabric castor oil pack wrap. This one is less flexible than an all fabric one so it gives more gaps. The velcro spacing/gaps on the body wrap also makes it less customizable for getting the exact tightness desired; the neck wrap does not have this problem. The body wrap has a nice pouch for a heat pack.
