A friend of mine suggested I try these pills after I let her know I was fading halfway through the day, and needed a short nap in the afternoon. I started with one pill in the morning, and one at night, then added an extra pill morning and night. I've been taking them now for two weeks, and all else being equal, I don't feel that fatigue i used to get in the afternoon , and haven't needed that nap the last 4 days. In general, my energy level is at an even, higher level all day. Very pleased with the results.
