This is worthless! DOES NOT WORK AS PROMISED. I was suspicious of the claims TO BEGIN WITH but wanted to try so kept good account of usage--did not lower blood sugar. This is a scam!

Has a sweet taste.
I expected a bit more instructions than, an eyedropper dose under the tongue. I just started this (4th day), I am hoping this will give me a much needed boost in the results I want. But I am also watching my diet, so I am unsure as to how to tell if it is helping.

Scam?
I did not notice a difference in my blood sugar when I used this product. Maybe I didn't give it enough chance but I used it for almost a month and saw no real difference
