It is gentle on the teeth, I haven't noticed any side effects, such as sensitivity, spots on my teeth. Have been using it for a week now and it does whiten the teeth and I also use activated charcoal to brush my teeth twice a day. My teeth have visibly whitened with these 2 products

Pen bit flimsy broke after couple of uses

I really love this teeth whitening kit. I have been using strips on a regular basis for about a year and been happy with the results but the kit does the job even better!It seems that using mouth trays gets the whitening gel more evenly spread over the teeth. This is only a guess but it is the same method that my dentist told me he would do if I went to him. The trays take a bit of work to mould your teeth, but time spent here is worth any effort and the instructions that came with the kit were simple to follow. I followed the recommended treatment times and have been delighted with the results.You also get a free whitening pen with the kit which I found useful for getting the gel right in to the joins between the teeth. I also found that if I didn't want to use the trays one morning, then a quick brush on the teeth with the pen kept my pearly whites going.All in all I'm very happy with the kit but I was amazed with the customer service this company gives. The pdf follow-ups and videos they provide are so different to anything I have experienced before. Congratulations Just Pure Hut.

i feel like this was a waste of time and money and i know that some people say its cause people havent been to dentist etc, but i go every 3 months and have now switched to a strips with peroxide and my teeth look much whiter...

I was a bit skeptical about this product especially as it doesn't seem to contain any chemicals that would actually whiten your teeth according to the label. I have been using chemical teeth whitening strips and toothpaste from different companies but none of it has really worked. This product has worked, within 2 days. my teeth are noticeably whiter and the more stubborn stains are fading, I have used it for 15-20 minutes each time, brushed my teeth with toothpaste and then again with water prior to treatment, used the free pen after and kept on with the whitening strips though so maybe its a full on combination of many treatments. I have also cut down on coffee, tea and red wine. If you can commit to following the guidelines I guess you'll get results.

I will not waste my money on this product ever again. It does not remove stains. I ended up going to a Dental practice and had a scale, polish and airflow treatment for my teeth, which did remove far more stains than this product ever did.
