I bought this for my son for Christmas. He used it for a month and it stopped working. It would not charge anymore. I contacted the seller since I bought the insurance only to get the run around. They keep sending emails with the same questions and say that we won’t suffer a loss. My last message from them a few weeks ago said they were troubleshooting the problem and would get back to me and never did. I guess I need to file a direct complaint with Amazon. I would not buy from this company if they are not going to stand by there products or warranty.Update: 9/12/22The company did reach out after and tried to help fix the skateboard. In the end I was offered a full refund or a new skateboard by which my son chose a new skateboard. I am very happy with the results and happy with the company for standing by there product.

is great for small rides but size gets in the way on long rides i use it everyday for a two mile ride to my work and it does great

My nephew loves that he doesn't have to keep pushing the skateboard.

After 12 emails with customer service, no proper return label has been provided for a skateboard that only spins its wheels crazily without responding to controller. The company responds once per day ( and 0 times since a return label was promised 1 1/2 weeks ago), which would be fine if the information were helpful, unfortunately my son’s birthday was almost a month ago & we long since gave up and purchased another board for him. These skateboards are fine when they work, but after this experience i would definitely never purchase from them again. It appears their game is to wear you down until you give up instead of making the situation right. I didn’t need incorrect information on how to fix, $10 or $15 for my troubles, or a new controller… i needed to return a faulty board that was supposed to be my son’s main bday gift.

This product is a great electric skateboard for the price, It is alittle short and slim. Would and have recommended it to several people

I got it for some fun to ride around on ended up being a lot more than expected

I like that it's all honest to the speed and modes but the battery life only lasts 2 miles I only get 2 miles out of 8 WTF!!?

Great for those who know how to skateboard! It was easy to learn how to skateboard. The remote controller was a little tricky to use & figure out at first, as I was trying to do both. Fast charge, small enough to put in a place where it doesn’t get in the way.
