I had no issues setting up the numeric and biometric access. So far the fingerprint scanner is 99% effective for me.I bought this for my nightstand and debated between this size or the smaller one. This one isn’t as big as it looks on the product page so I’m glad I went with it. As a nightstand item the wireless charger is a nice feature and is what drove me to get this model. No issues with it charging my iPhone.I have mixed feelings about the shelf. I like the extra storage it gives, but it’s a little tight when removing contents, so if I needed to access my firearm in the middle of the night I feel like it would cause a few seconds worth of delay. I may cut the shelf in half so that I have extra storage in the rear but unobstructed access to contents in the front. Another item of note is that the electronic unlocking mechanism isn’t whisper quiet, so while you can silence the access code/ fingerprint beeps, you’ll still hear the safe open.Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it. It delivers exactly what it advertised and its quality level surpasses its price point.

Good safe with lots of room for my full sized 9 with mags, my daily carry weapon, and three 30 round 223/556 mags. The finger print reader sometimes fails to pick up my finger print on the first try. I've put in a dozen different scans of my finger too, but just sometimes it's not happy about it. The wireless charger is a little finicky with my iphone 15 pro. You have to set it down exactly in the middle, or else it won't charge. Still a good safe for the money.

Fantastic safe! It's extremely impressive for the price point it comes in at. The security options are diverse and therefore, I feel like I can access my firearms inside at any moment. The wireless charging is a great feature and I can just set my phone down on it and not worry about any cables. The interior LED light is a great touch, showing what you have in the safe when you open it up. It's super spacious and you can't put 4-6 hand guns inside honestly. I like keeping one handgun on each level with spare mags inside! This safe is phenomenal. would 10/10 recommend!

Safe is heavy. Using to store gun. Perfect fit for a 1911 with various clips. Able to register more than one users fingerprint. Charging station does charge however, you have to maneuver it just right to get phone to start charging.

For the most part it does what it's suppose too only complaint is finger scanner could be better.

Bought for my husband. I was looking at one that was 4xs the price of this one but in my opinion, this is better! More storage and keeps things secure. I recommend doing your fingerprint multiple times, especially like your “in a rush” to open. Charges phone quickly too and worth every penny!
