Cheapest option for a standard supplement
All manner of Vitamin C products are available but this product fulfilled my needs for 500mg tablets at the cheapest price.

Taking one tablet each day makes this supplement good value
These supplements are a good shape to swallow and the recommended dose of just one each day makes them very good value.Disappointingly, the bottle is only half full of tablets which is a waste of packaging material - use smaller pots or increase the quantity!I take a vitamin C supplement every day and have not seen any significant change when I swapped it to this supplement.

An easy and good way to take an essential Vitamin
These are good value and at one a day should last 2 months. Vitamin C is highly recommended and this is an easy to way to take it as it is easy to swallow and a good strength.

Slow release, contains a milk product
These might have been made for me: 500mg and slow release. They are round tablets instead of capsules, and whilst not a oroblem for me, the ingredients include lactose from milk.
