Perfect!
This worked much better than I had hoped and very pleased I didn’t go for the much more expensive items. The results speak for themselves!It comes with 3 interchangeable spikes, the longest provided enough room for 4 family size packs of chicken thighs to feed 12 people!!It took a couple of weeks for delivery, but well worth the wait!

Centre screw thing snapped off
Great idea but like most things on Amazon they are rubbish quality.The plate has a centre female screw where the metal skewer screws in.The female part snapped off after 2 uses.Buy cheap buy twice!

Broke on first use
The weld on the bottom for the spike broke with in 30mins of using in the smoker drum. Opened the drum to see meat all falling to the side.
