The sound is very distorted. I’ve set the eq, reset the cashe, kept the phone close to the receiver.. I will return this product

Love this thing. The only issue I have with it is the lag time between the speaker talking and voice coming out of the speaker at the back of the sanctuary. Size is great, quality appears to be great, size is perfect for church and it's a nice looking system. Not too impressed with the mike though, feels lightweight. Don't know about the battery life as we have only had it in use for one week so far.

My overall experience
The product says 8 hours before recharge however that is subject to volume. The connection times out frequently so be ready to disconnect and reconnect. I will say sound quality is excellent, but it also means if it's music you may need to change the EQ setting. I would not purchase this item again.

Only pretty ok.
system is too glitchy. Almost every time I want to use it I have to tinker: turn system on/off, turn blue tooth on/off again. Never a reliable way to turn them on. For some reason radio stations on line are extra glitchy--moreso than playing music in my library. Sound quality, once connection works, is nice. I was able to set up 4 speakers in a series.
