After charging the unit for the first time I was surprised by the strength of the vibration it produced when I first turned it on. It started at the highest vibration level and the entire unit vibrated.Nice mid-sized version compared to my larger and smaller units.There are 9 intensity levels but there is no indicator to let you know what level of intensity is currently used. If you want a specific intensity you'll have to count as you hit the intensity button but its hard to know where you are until you go past level 9 and the intensity drops a notch. Same with the 20 modes. I suggest finding your preferred intensity level and then move on to which mode you prefer.Pay attention to the instructions when deciding what to use to clean the unit. Warm soapy water is usable but there are other liquids that are not.

This mini electric massager looks, from the listing photos, to be about four inches in length. It is actually closer to 6 inches in length and 1.25 inches in diameter. So this isn't something tiny that you can throw into your backpack in case your shoulder muscle starts acting up. It's also quite a bit louder than *silent". I do like that it has 20 different vibration sequences and 9 intensities. I got this to use on a sore knee, and often even the gentle vibrations on these massagers are too strong. On this one, however, I found a continuous vibration at a light intensity that is just right to use around my knee. I do wish that it were small like the photo rather than the 6-inch long item that I received. The item arrived without a charge and needed to be fully charged before testing.

This one isn't particularly ambiguous as to it's intended purpose. It is exactly as described in it's listing. It does in-fact work for it's intended purpose. It arrived mostly charged but I plugged it in before use. It's simple and self-explanatory.

The media could not be loaded.  Sooo I’m a little nervous to use it as a “personal massager” because, as you can see from my video, the vibration is really strong, like my hand still feels slightly numb from just making that short video to show you all the different functions. It’s nice and compact, though, and I love anything that can be used for traveling, haha.

My daughter is one of those youngsters who just doesn't think she'll need it or the stretching before doing the marathons and 50 mile extreme runs but I've bought it predominately for my wife's back and secondary for my daughter to take to runs.I've had cramp where it hurts so much I could cry so I know any kind of relief - something to aid circulation is so damn important.It has all the aspects of a sex toy but I assure you it can be used for so much more and the settings are a massive part of why I recommend it- it has some very strong pulses and some relaxing ones.

I've had a few of these and this certainly is not as powerful as I've used before.The vibration seems to be focused around the perimeter, not the head too.

It does vibrate very strongly and will do the job on sensitive areas.It is quite a noisy low pitched hum so it can easily be heard over other noises. The unit is covered in soft touch silicon and the charger is the needle type that inserts into the bottom of the unit which is fully enclosed and waterproof.
