I travel quite a bit and got this to keep medication in the right temperature range when on the road and it works great! It's not going to hold a lot so wouldn't be good if you have a lot to put it it, but it held medicine, a drink, a sandwich and some chocolate in there and it kept the medicine in the correct temperature range even when it was over 90 degrees outside. It's portable so it's easy to take it in and out of hotels but watch the strap as it tends to slip out of the plastic clasp if you elongate it to put it on your shoulder. It's got an adapter for the car, with and additional power adapter to plug it into a wall socket overnight in hotels. I recommend powering it on to cool it down before you use it so it's already cool when you put it in the car. I've also added a frozen ice pack on days when I knew it would be sitting in a hot car all day (no driving) and since it's insulated that worked well. I did start with it on my leather car seat and had no problems, but I put it on the carpeted floor of a place I was staying for 10 days and there was a lot of condensation (the carpet was soaking wet). So I recommend putting it on the floor of the car or if inside, on a desk or table because you need the ventilation space. The power cord is long - I can easily plug it into the car front power source and put the cooler in the back seat.This cooler can also be a warmer, but I haven't used that feature at all so I can't say how well it works.Overall: Good for a small amount of items, portability, and can use it inside a house or in a car. Not good if you have a lot of items and be careful of the strap so it doesn't slip out on you.

We used this on a 2 week road trip over the summer and it was perfect! We were able to keep several mini can la of soda cold and some water bottles plus medicine.Our car has a regular plug, so this wasn’t an issue, but some friends of ours borrowed it and used the cigarette adaptor to power it, which they left plugged in all night and it drained their battery. I didn’t realize they didn’t know not to do that, so be forewarned! We opted to carry it into our hotel each night and plug in there as well, which was super easy to do with the strap.

I tried finding a support email instead of having to give it a low rating but there was no address and product support is automated. So we started using it a month ago and it stopped heating last week. There is power to the unit as the light is green on power unit. The light next to heat button does not come on and the fan doesn’t run. I would have preferred being able to speak to a human instead of doing this but there was no option. I would have liked to have someone troubleshoot it with me. Bottom line it stopped working after 30 days

We took this cooler on a two week road trip, and it was great! It doesn't hold a lot, but it definitely keeps things cool. Our main concern was keeping some medicine cool that we normally refrigerate. It held the meds, a blue ice block, and a couple of drinks easily. Kept the blue ice in there in case power was off, and that seemed to work. Used in hotel rooms and in the car.

This was exactly what I needed to store and keep my insulin and drinks.Great in car or with us in hotel rooms with appropriate power cords. The light let us know it was functioning.

Very good car refrigerator, stay cool even after charging, ❤️❤️

I guess it’s ok for drinks but I would be afraid to put any food in it. Cupholders were not deep enough. A drink would probably fall out if you make a turn.
