Hands down the best travel SIM I've ever used. No complicated set-up or registration process. Just download the app and off you go. Worked perfectly in the countries I was travelling to (SAfrica and Eswatini), connecting while I was still on the plane after landing. Cost half of what a local SIM card in one country would have cost me. Lots of different "recharge" options for different combinations of countries and amounts of data, so will definitely use again!

Bought this "global" sim for a trip to Argentina. Worked fine in Europe before I left, but would not work in Argentina, which is on their list of countries. Engaged with their support desk multiple times but all solutions did not work. Also tried with alternate device - still did not work. AVOID.

Received quickly and simple to install. Some messing about to set APN and change default network for testing in UK but worked after that. Simple to add to app for refill. Hoping to use for trips to US, Canada and Europe.

I purchased this simcard as a worldwide sim so was rather concerned when the information that came with the sim (which included a map) said it was just for Europe. I am in Asia at the moment so this would have been useless for me. The helpline confirmed that it was a worldwide card and that the information I received with it was incorrect. Apparently they are in the process of correcting it.After that I have had no problems either in the initial set up of the sim or in the way it has been working. I was very pleased when I recently traveled from Thailand to Malaysia that there were no problems changing the network connection. I was expecting to have to do something to change networks - but nothing needed. It all happened seamlessly. I also like the app which makes it easy to recharge when necessary and keep up to date about how much data I am using. So far pleased with how it is performing.

1 gb of data for £10 , this was ample for a 10 day holiday in America, made use of the free data in the hotel and various other places we visited, 1 gb of data for backup worked well and just works instantly when installed in your mobile.

I bought this for my parents when they travelled to Saudi Arabia with a layover in Doha. I had very little hope in this working but took the risk as it only cost a small amount. To my pleasant surprise, it worked wonderfully in both countries and they had no issues. It might take a few minutes setting it up, but it's totally worth it.

Très bien ne consomme pas grand chose quand vous utilisez votre GPS sur votre smartphone. Carte un peu plus cher qui si vous l achetez dans le pays d origine. Mais fonctionne directement dès que vous êtes dans votre pays de destination
