Excellent for damping floor vibrations - tested and in use
I live in a pre-war NYC apartment, which is great, but the wooden floors have some flex. This makes my turntable skip, whenever someone is walking around it. I have purchased the turntable isolation platform from Aura lex, but that wasn't fully successful in totally stopping the skipping. I needed something that would effectively damp the floor vibrations. I bought a set of cork pads for the 4 turntable feet, I bought sorbothane hemispheres and even put a cushioned anti fatigue rug under the cabinet - nothing helped. These Audio Isolation feet were remarkably effective and even when I walk around the set up with heavy treads, the record plays on undisturbed.I am very happy with my purchase.BTW, no need to play around with the springs - it works quite effectively as is.

Very good value
These are very well made and look as good as depicted in the listing. They seem identical to more expensive and nearly identical items also listed on Amazon.

I did not notice a difference
Was hoping to reduce resonance from the speakers to turntable. Didnt make a difference, tossed em.

Fixed record skipping!
I'm honestly quite amazed at how these solved my record skipping problem.I've had a turntable on a bookcase for years and records would ALWAYS skip whenever someone walked nearby, sending flood vibrations up the furniture.I tried all sorts of DIY solutions but when I found these on an audio forum I figured I'd take a shot - and they immediately fixed the issue!! I can't believe it. Highly recommend.I removed 3 springs from each "foot", as some other reviewers recommended, to give them more flexibility and "suspension".

Simple is Best
I was having a difficult time isolating my turntable from bass vibrations at high volume. This is a simple, if a little goofy, solution. The jacked up look is growing on me and it is certain to be a conversation starter. Bottom line? THESE WORK. I’m very happy with this fix. If your turntable is picking up low frequency resonance this is a solution worth considering.

Don’t work!
They do absolutely nothing and are to stiff, can’t even squeeze them. Waste of money!
