I wanted something so that I could just take my vehicles key separately if I did not want the bulk of the rest of my keys going with me all the time. It has a quick release clasp that is much easier to deal with than the traditional key ring. I've never had it to release when I did not want it to, which was my main concern. So I would say it is exactly what I was looking for.

Very well built and sturdy. Great for attaching parts of my keychain that I use only occasionally. Also good for keeping my pepper spray in a condition that makes it fast and easy to remove if I ever need it

Liked how easy it was to load and how much lighter my key ring is. On my ring is AirTag, security fob, car fob, house key, pet tag (don't leave pets alone), and trunk key. Previously I had multiple extra key rings for each piece and they'd knot up in my pocket and keep it bulky. Now it all just fits. So much nicer.

This detachable key chain was smaller than I expected but I like it. Very lightweight yet seems durable. I use these kind of keychains for all my vehicles. That way you only give the service person your vehicle key and not house or other keys. Stay safe!

Very cool. Very well made. Very tiny...almost too tiny? Nah, probably just right.I saw a youtube video about ThruNite, and went to Amazon, of course, as well as the ThruNite site. Amazon came up with the better price.For years, I kept forgetting to get something like this, as I've been pulling into my garage, turning the car off, then going back out to get into my mailbox. Now, I'll just disconnect my mail key while the car is running and save a trip.I may even get another one of these for any little EDC items I may want to have along with me all the time.

It's difficult to get your keys on the rings that came with the key chain. Also not easy to put on the key chain. However after keys are on the key chain it works well.
