Ceramic Coating issue - New replacement is perfect
UPDATE (11/18/2023): Seller reached out and thoughtfully offered to send me a replacement. It's rare when you get solid customer service these days. I even got periodic communication on delivery and package tracking. The new replacement cup seems perfect with zero issues. I am a happy customer and cold coffee drinker!I loved the packaging, the style and the pure white color of the cup. It also had a silicone grip which was awesome. The main reason, however, I purchased was for the ceramic coating. Unfortunately, the inner coating started to wear off after only 4 days (used twice with a cold coffee beverage).
