Great Insulation
Used this on a Jeep top project and it worked out great. What a difference it has made in temperature. Easy to cut to size and holds its shape well. Would recommend.

Noticeable Difference
Like=it really seems to make a noticeable difference on my Florida aluminum west-facing 2-car garage door. Dislike= the velcro dots to hang it -- I'll be kind - were pretty useless. I went to my home improvement store and bought long strips of velcro where I used 6-8 inches on the top and the same on the bottom and that allows me to give it 4-stars; why 4? I had to go buy a 2nd box of velcro to complete my garage door. Bottom line, I spent a couple hours hanging these, minus the 2 drives to Lowe's, and I can now go into my garage at 3 PM and spend 15-20 minutes much more comfortably.

Good quality and perfect for my windows
The media could not be loaded. I love it , because it was Super easy to install and i felt how insulated because the AC doesn’t work too much keeping the apartment cool inside with this hot temperature outside. A 100% Recommend

Stickers are eh..
I needed this window insulation for the hot Kansas summers in my new rental. It was easy to cut after measuring and cleaning the windows. However, the Velcro stickers do not work well. Within a few hours the panels started falling down.

Nice, easy to cut. Enough material for six 4-foot garage door panels.
My aluminum garage door gets intense direct sunlight that even in the mornings during the summer can turn the garage into a sweltering oven in no-time. I finally decided to do something about it, so ordered this reflective insulation sheet. It's basically a thin, silver-on both-sides, bubble wrap material that comes folded up just as shown in the listing picture. The overall size is 48" (4 feet) x 10 feet. Which for me accounted for just enough material to outfit 6 of the eight panels of my single-width garage door (8 footer). Each of those door panels is roughly 4 feet wide by 21" tall. With the sheet I calculated I would have just enough to do six of the 8 panels.Working with the material is pretty easy. Just lay it out on the garage floor (or driveway or somewhere you can put something 10 feet long), measure and mark out your cut lines with a tape measure, a good straight-edge, and a Sharpie. Then cut. The material is fairly thin so cuts very easily. Then, I stuck on one of the self adhesive hook and loop pads at each corner and at each crease top and bottom of each panel; then mated up its corresponding hook and loop piece (just a note, the listing says there are 65 self adhesive pads; it's really 65 pairs of hook and loop dots). Then just stuck the whole thing to the door. Now, lesson learned by me is to be sure to use some cleaner to clean the door surface before sticking the panels up. The small dots do not stick well long-term to a dirty surface; so I will have to do some follow-up to correct for my mistake. With the weather cooler at this time of year I can't say well this will work in the summer. But from a prior experiment with some reflective material -- that was not as effective as this should be -- I saw a 20-30 degree reduction in surface temperature with the sun beating down on the door during the summer. With this better bubble material I expect to achieve at least that much surface temperature reduction, if not more. And, lest you think it's only good to keep heat out, keep in mind it can also keep heat IN in the winter. So, this should also serve to keep the garage warmer when it's cold outside. My only two "gripes" relate to the sizing of the material, and to its packaging. Given the sizing of a standard garage door I would like to see the sheet of material be big enough to either do all eight panels of a single door, or with two packages be able to cover an entire double-width door. Also, if it came in a roll instead of folded up it would not leave creases in the material (though those may naturally go away over time). Other than that -- and despite my user error -- I love this. It's a nice, affordable, simple way to add some insulation to a garage door.

Effective in minimizing indoor heat
I used this product to insulate cabinets in my RV. I lined the back of the cabinets which are outer walls that absorb heat from the sun. I got this insulation because I noticed how warm the cabinets were getting on sunny days and I was concerned about the effect on foods like spices and cereals that are kept in the kitchen cabinets and disposable contacts that are kept in a bathroom cabinet. I found this product easy to size and cut. I appreciate the many little hook and loop adhesive spots that were provided for attaching them. There were more than I actually needed. This one package provided coverage for all of my cabinets with some left over. Best of all, it acheived my goal of cutting down the heat entering the cabinets. They seem to be more than a few degrees cooler and that has made a big difference.

Just What I Needed for RV Skylights
Our RV has non-standard size skylights so I was looking for an economical way to create insulating shades and this is exactly what I needed. I cut it to size and then used duct tape to reinforce the edges. Since I wanted to be able to attach and remove it, I didn’t use the adhesive dots that came in the package. (I’ll save those for another use). Instead I stuck magnets to it so it would hold against the skylight metal frame. It works great both to keep light out as well as insulate against pounding sun in the summer and the cold of winter. I iike that the sheet is easy to cut yet durable. I could see doubling it for more insulation but it’s thick enough as a single layer for my needs. I’m now thinking of using what was leftover for the bedroom window. I couldn’t find anything like this at my local home improvement store. I’m very happy with this product.
