Easy to take
I have been taken biotin for a few years to help improve my hair. I have seen a noticeable improvement. Shine, condition, thickness and able to grow it longer.I previously purchased from Holland and Barrett but these seem cheaper and just easier to buy from Amazon. PS . I also take marine collagen.

Just opened this packet supposed to be 100 tablets all that's in the packet is 3 tablets I'm absolutely fuming thaught when I recieved it the packet was light dont buy waste of money
