Very easy to assemble,sturdy,only used this for a couple of days,can feel the benefits already,abs are getting a good workout.The clock is useless,need to go back to the drawing board with that,shame,as it would be useful if was working,for the money,it’s very good,pleased with my purchase.

Sturdy enough for good abs work out.Easy and quick to assemble and the handle is in a nice comfy position. I like the phone holder so can watch videos.The clock thing is a bit pointless and I don't understand it 😅

Wow, this is absolutely amazing, just recieved it today & I couldn't wait to open it. Its very sturdy, firm & strong easy to assemble, looks great, comes with foamy mat. I did a couple of workout this afternoon my goodness, it really seems to be working on my abs, I felt the after pain which was good sign.
