Good gel cushion with right amount of support, that eased my heel pain.Highly recommend the product.

I really have been enjoying these cushion inserts. I have used many other brands in the past and none add up to the cushion and support these give. I would recommend these to anyone. I also would buy a couple pairs for a couple shoes and slippers I have around the house. I suffer from severe heal pain and these have really helped me.

I bought these after a doctor recommend heal cushions to address a callous problem on one of my heels. The BIGGCOOL cushion added support and did help in general- the cushion adds support to the heel and arch, which seems to aid with arthritic knee pain, but did not help with callous in that the relative firmness of the cushion further irritated it. Also, the adhesion wears out almost immediately. The remedy for the adhesion issue is to place the cushion under the insole and observe to insure proper placement when putting shoes on. Otherwise I am satisfied with this product.

The cushioning is just right - not too thick, not too thin - and it provides the perfect amount of support and shock absorption. It's super comfortable and doesn't slip out of place, even after hours of wear. I've tried other heel cushions in the past, but this one is the best. If you're suffering from heel pain, do yourself a favor and give this a try. Your feet will thank you! 5/5 stars!

When I use them, my heel hurts more.

I have Achilles tendinitis and have bought alot of different kinds of these. These look great and seem like they'd be comfortable, however, after wearing them for awhile they feel hard and make My heel turn over in my shoes. Sadly they seem to hurt more then help. Since I wore them I can't return. Maybe they will work for others.

I find this heel cushions the best in the market, it really works really well, It has helped me reduce my heel pain.
