Overall it performed well before it came apart after a month and a half - or about the 5th time I used it to remove lug nuts on a Toyota Avalon. I tried using the HELP option on Amazon Seller Link but no response that I have seen. I feel like a replacement is warranted due to catastrophic failure. I hope the seller might respond this time. I really like the product, design and features but cannot afford to just buy another one. The reviews are better than average and I hesitated to leave negative as I feel like this was unusual failure and would have given it 5 stars a week earlier.7/10/2024 update, No response from seller - so will downgrade this experience to ONE star.

This is a cool driver for the price and it seems to last long for an ordinary use only use only. The reason why I bought it because I need an impact driver and I already have a dewalt product with two batteries on it. Perfectly working!

This drill is light sounds really good. Haven’t put it to the test yet, but I think it’s gonna be just fine and I love the fact that it uses the Dewalt 20 V batteries.

It’s not a DeWalt impact driver, but it worked perfectly with my DeWalt battery as advertised. Perfect for someone who has occasional need for an impact driver. Not sure how it would hold up for the long haul, but it was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price.

This is a really good cordless impact wrench. I needed to replace the anode rod on my water heater, and considering that using a manual wrench could move the water heater around, I decided to use an impact wrench for the job. However, my old 1/4-inch impact wrench couldn’t drive a 1-1/16-inch socket, so I needed an affordable tool with enough torque. After comparing prices and torque ratings, I chose this one, and it turned out to have plenty of torque to remove the 1-1/16-inch anode rod bolts, and it worked reliably.The build quality isn’t as good as high-end brands, and its durability probably isn’t on the same level, but it’s much more affordable. If you’re using it for occasional home use, it should be more than enough. Also, the head is compatible with both 1/2-inch and 1/4-inch drive sockets, which is a nice bonus.

Absolutely horrible fell out of my non-lifted truck and broken half. I have dropped my Dewalt and Porter cable drills millions of times off of roofs and never had one even crack more or less break in half. I’ve had a couple batteries break, but never the tool itself of course it did it the day after my return Window closed
