Got it FAST. No trouble swallowing it. Had to go online for full background info on product. In one day, overall sluggishness reduced. By day two, did a huge poo that had me re-evaluating my goals in life. 3 days later noticed jawline was making a comeback. No worries so far.

This product has serious side effects. These include severe stomach cramps, constant diarrhoea and intestinal bleeding. Although I stopped taking the tablets after the first week, the above mentioned symptoms lasted for many weeks. I cannot recommend this product, it should contain a health warning

After reading reviews i was unsure but went for it nothing ventured and all that. So week two and yes i don't feel as hungry, smaller portions are now being eaten. of course I am doing exercise with. Yet to lose visual weight But I feel more energetic. Positive for me, everyone is different I know I hope this continues for me.

Too early to really say. However I've been doing slim fast and I'm sure I have noticed a difference since taking these, don't feel as hungry and haven't been as desperate for my snacks in between. I also think I feel less bloated. However, I'm not sure if either of these is just my body getting use to slim fast, the tablets or a bit of both.

I gave up on these after a few days of taking but 3 weeks ago I recently started taking them again but I stuck to it this time and I’ve noticed a huge difference, not just weight loss as that’s minimal as I’ve not stuck to a diet yet and also not weighed myself but I was severely bloated before and very sluggish but not now, these have helped so much and I feel great! Also a lot less hungry than what I was, as I say it’s still only been 3 weeks so hopefully there’s more to come now I’m sticking to taking them twice a day every day. Very happy.

Waste of money!! Taking these for 3 weeks and not a single lb off. In fact taking them along with a balanced diet and have put weight on. Won’t be buying again
