I drilled a couple of tiny holes about an inch or two down on my bucket so the critter wouldn't be holding on to the edge of the bucket by the time he got to the bait. I thought it was going to be wonderful! I still do. Unfortunately the park on that will not let me use the bucket methods and I have to use other types of deterrents (even without water in it they're concerned the rat or mouse will get too hot in the bucket before being released 🙄). So I have to return it, but it still deserves a great review very well built! Also, I didn't notice previously but another nice feature is you can push in one side of the pens kind of like a good toilet paper roll to release and make removal and placement easy.

Takes a little work to assemble but works

The rollers are just about 1/4” too long. They barely fit in a standard 5 gallon bucket, not leaving enough room to actually spin. Essentially feeding the mice.

This was easy to assemble. I do wish it came with a ramp. I have caught a few mice with it. I prefer this one over others because I can see if it has caught mice without even touching it.

They did work but showed rust very quickly

However the cheap old fashioned traps from Walmart were the only thing that worked great.

It'll work just fine, and it's adequately greased. Missing the bait ring though, which is fine, I'll make one bigger than what should've come with it.
