Hi John The measurement is 29 " when folded in two so 58" round the circumference. They are very good bags :-))

Are they biodegradable?

If you read amazons' description; they are apparently made from recycled farm - waste, implying that they are. But farm waste could contain anything, so read in to it what you will. The onus is on the manufacturer to declare whether they are - or not - biodegradable.

What are the dimensions of the bin this can fit in?

No idea but it can hold to large kitchen bin bag easily

How many bags are on the roll?

It says 50 on each roll... but I didn't count them! They are really good and strong, not at all flimsy.
