My original ornament arrived broken in several pieces. Inside was a business card from the President of the company indicating that I should call him if I experienced any problems. I called the number and left a message explaining my issue. Surprisingly, a couple of days later I received a replacement! It’s great to see a company that stands by its word. I love my Spain ornament and the City Souvenirs company! You can bet I will do business with them again. Job well done!

We wanted an ornament to celebrate our month in Spain this year. People complained about the arm being broken. But ours was fine. However the packaging was surprisingly lacking, so I understand the complaints. I'd still try to order one again. Hopefully they fix the issue.

It was a Christmas gift

Usually Kurt Adler Christmas items are high quality.However, the painting on this one is so bad that the main character looks disfigured.

The ornament is better-looking than the picture here would indicate, and solidly built, but our dancing lady came with her fan arm broken off, and it seems like it'd be really hard to package and prevent this.

Loved the ornament

Bought for a gift and the person loved it. Bought a little of his home for Christmas.

Ornament looks fine. The colors are bright look like the picture. It's a little on the heavy side so place on a stronger branch of tree.However it arrived damaged due to poor packing. The flamenco dancers right hand arrived broken off.
