Good to improve digestion, the tablet have no taste which is good, you can easily take it with some water or juice.

Pretty good stuff. I like that it combines our daily probiotic with some other added stuff for bloating and metabolism.

The capsules are strangely lovely, slightly smaller and shinier than the usual capsule. The capsules themselves are clear, revealing the orangeish-brown product inside. The color and texture are consistent, and none of the capsules are damaged. The expiration date on the bottom of the capsule is almost the same color as the package, but I can see that it reads a date almost two years into the future. I am very happy with this product.

I think these work well. I have to watch my caffeine intake however due to the green tea extract. The price point is higher than I like , but the ingredients seem to be good quality.

Great combined supplement. I like that it has both probiotics and green tea in it. It comes in gel cap form, so the pills are easy to swallow. Can't say if it actually does everything it is supposed to, but my tummy does feel better and I always try to take a probiotic. Take with lots of water -- it's good for you anyway.

It doesn't really have much of a taste or smell, since it's in the little capsule. I usually take these with food and it's been fine, but I did take one once without any food for a few hours and my stomach felt quite bad the rest of the day.I haven't really seen any results, but have not had it long enough that I would expect to see any major changes. It's probably not hurting, though I can't speak to how much it's helping.

This product doesn’t say you may have adverse effects. Literally, bathroom time is necessary! I would return it if I could. I tried it for a week. And had to stop. Rack this one up to experience and lesson learned.
