I received the ax with an empty tube.
No of the accessories were included. Just an ex that had an empty tube.

Axe head breaks easily
I purchased this camping axe approximately one year ago and have tried using it two times. (Last year's model.) It looks cool and has many nice features. Unfortunately, if you miss hit the hammer slightly the hammer head may break off. The same is true for the hatchet head. Please see the attached photo. The axe head seems to be made out of a cast material that will fail if any shear force is applied, as when not hitting exactly on center. For me, I would not buy this product again.
