In my opinion, Derick Santiago is a force to be reckoned with. His passion for the craft and his dedication to his audience are unparalleled. I have his book, The Mocktail Club, and it taught me everything I needed to know about Mocktail mixology. Paired with this deck, there’s really no need to seek out other recipes! The deck could easily be a standalone product, as it contains a helpful mini guide that outlines procedures and equipment needed for those just starting out with making mocktails. It has basic, easy-to-follow recipes with accessible ingredients and a few more complex recipes for the more adventurous. The deck is arranged by type of spirit, which makes it really easy to follow. I can’t say enough good things about it! Highly recommended.The photo above is the spicy pineapple margarita I made from the deck. It was so delicious!
